A mitigation for the Usage page and the Admin API usage report is rolling out; once it is in place, the most recent usage may take about 30 minutes to appear there. We've identified the cause of errors loading usage data. The Admin API usage report has recovered, and fixes for the platform.claude.com Usage and Rate limits pages are in progress. The most recent 30 minutes of usage may be delayed. Core functionality is not affected.

What our checks recorded
We checked Claude 576 times from Anthropic's start time to its resolution, once every five minutes. Every one of them reached Claude's site, so this incident did not show up as a failed page load. Our check loads the public site; it cannot see an API error or a broken feature. Median response time was 264 ms, against 256 ms over the 24 hours before.
