We have not seen any further errors after the fix was applied. Users are now able to sign-in successfully again.
What our checks recorded
We checked ElevenLabs 30 times from ElevenLabs's start time to its resolution, once every five minutes. Every one of them reached ElevenLabs's site, so this incident did not show up as a failed page load. Our check loads the public site; it cannot see an API error or a broken feature. Median response time was 619 ms, against 520 ms over the 24 hours before. ElevenLabs posted the incident at Nov 4, 3:21 AM EST.
